Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed $1 (one U.S. dollar) or the amount you paid us for access to premium features (if any), whichever is greater.

Indemnification

Termination

• Suspected fraudulent activity or abuse
• Technical issues or maintenance requirements

Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive shall continue in effect, including disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and intellectual property rights.

Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

Arbitration

IMPORTANT: BY USING OUR SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO RESOLVE DISPUTES THROUGH BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION.

Severance

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of future enforcement rights.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific features, constitute the entire agreement between you and CouponElves regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations.
